STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE

1. Client Manpower Requirements

  • Action: Client submits detailed workforce requirements (job titles, skills, experience, number of workers needed).

  • Purpose: Helps us tailor the recruitment process to the client’s specific needs.


2. Permission from Protector of Emigrants (POE)

  • Action: We seek official permission from the Protector of Emigrants to proceed with mobilization.

  • Purpose: Ensures compliance with legal and governmental recruitment standards.


3. Advertising Job Opportunities

  • Action: Job vacancies are advertised in major daily newspapers to attract suitable candidates.

  • Purpose: We reach a wider pool of candidates to ensure we find the best talent.


4. Interview & Trade Testing

  • Action: Shortlisted candidates are invited for interviews and skill-specific trade tests (e.g., welding, driving).

  • Purpose: To assess candidates’ practical skills and match them with international standards.


5. Medical Examination

  • Action: Candidates undergo a full medical checkup (physical examination, chest X-rays, etc.) at GCC-approved centers.

  • Purpose: Ensures the health and fitness of candidates for overseas employment.


6. Visa Endorsement

  • Action: We handle the visa endorsement process and collect the candidates' passports from the respective Embassy/Consulate.

  • Purpose: To secure the legal entry of candidates into the host country.


7. Registration with Protector of Emigrants

  • Action: After the visa is stamped, we submit the passports for registration with the Protector of Emigrants.

  • Purpose: To confirm the legal status of candidates under international migration laws.


8. Reservation & Ticketing

  • Action: We arrange flight bookings with leading airlines and ensure timely departure of candidates.

  • Purpose: To manage travel logistics efficiently, ensuring workers are sent to their destination on time.


9. Mobilization & Departure

  • Action: Workers are mobilized and sent to their destination country to begin their work.

  • Purpose: Final step in fulfilling the employer’s manpower requirement.


10. Ongoing Support

  • Action: We continue providing assistance throughout the worker's tenure, ensuring their smooth integration and addressing any issues.

  • Purpose: To maintain a strong, ongoing relationship between the employer, workers, and our agency.
